I remember sitting in the window frame as a teenage, the house was all black (the insulation), before the siding was put on. And I remember being so embarrassed of the black house because the school bus can passed our house everyday and kids would make fun of the black house. But now as an adult I see how hard it was for my parents with six kids to raise. The work came a little at a time, as the money allowed. It was just as hard on them as it was for me. We only think of our self at that time in our life. The world revolves around us. I'm proud of my parents!!! I think they did a great job in raising six children.
